About
Richvale Stud is situated near the historic market town of Bala in the Snowdonia National Park, Wales. It has a multitude of breathtaking views & natural landscapes including high mountains, deep valleys, forests, fast flowing rivers, waterfalls, and many lakes & reservoirs.

We started breeding our Welsh Section B's in 2010, but it wasn't until 2014, when we moved to Bala, that we knew it was the perfect place for us to take our Stud to the next level.
​
In 2019, we were extremely fortunate to introduce Locksley Don Galliano as our main Stud Stallion and had him transported from Sweden to join us in Wales.
He is an incredible Stallion - visually and to own - who not only produces top quality foals with exceptional temperaments & breeding, but Donny also has a successful show record behind him under saddle and this bodes well for his offspring.

We breed a select few foals each year from our beautifully bred and carefully chosen Broodmares, so that we can ensure each foal has our dedication for the first 6 months of its life.
